Engineer · Program Manager · Author · Venture Capitalist · Rocket Scientist
Of course, I know about entropy, energy balances, and separation techniques. But I'm also a program manager, team leader, aerospace/mechanical engineer, drug development scientist, information technology analyst, and rocket scientist.
Currently a Senior Technical Program Manager at Oracle, driving reliability and quality programs for Oracle Cloud Analytics, Fusion Data Intelligence, and AI Data Platform. I also run an active consulting practice spanning AI/ML pipelines, RAG agents, blockchain, and product development. Past experience includes Boeing, NASA, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Orbital ATK, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, Microsoft, Dragonchain, and ODEM. I hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from RPI (Dean's List) and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
I'm intrigued by projects, problems, ideas, and people — seeking to inspire others and work on things that bring out the best in humanity.
During my free time I enjoy community service, reading, sports, tech and crypto, entrepreneurial projects, and motorcycle riding. Feel free to reach out!

In today's world full of self-help books promising to change your life, it can be hard to find genuine content. I can say first-hand that Ray is the real deal. I witnessed the tremendous motivation and work ethic he possessed. Can't wait to read this book!
Glenn R. — New York
Ray is amazing. He will work closely with you to deliver a great resume that will help you get more interviews with more tech companies. He has a proven record of success. Definitely recommend!
Chris S. — Atlanta
Ray brings a rare combination of technical depth and executive presence. Working alongside him, I was consistently impressed by how he could align stakeholders, cut through ambiguity, and still ship results. He makes every team around him sharper.
Sarah M. — Seattle, WA
Ray helped us untangle a product roadmap that had been stalled for months. He asked the right questions, surfaced the real blockers, and gave us a clear path forward. His background across engineering, business, and consulting is genuinely rare — and it shows.
David L. — San Francisco, CA
I've worked with a lot of program managers over the years, but Ray is a cut above. He's proactive, organized, and genuinely invested in the success of everyone around him. The kind of person who raises the bar just by being in the room.
